    Has anyone here had luck staying consistent with workouts at home? I’ve tried YouTube routines and random fitness apps, but motivation fades fast. I was thinking about getting an in home personal trainer to bring some structure and accountability into my week. I work weird hours, so getting to the gym isn’t always possible. Would love to hear from someone who’s actually tried it — does it really make a difference?
